Dr. George S. Glass has been a Medical Doctor and a Psychiatrist for
over 30 years. His training included a B.A. degree in Psychology from
Swarthmore College, Swarthmore, PA, M.D. degree from Northwestern University
Medical School, Chicago, IL, and Psychiatric residency at the Yale University
Medical School in New Haven, CT. His Post Residency Training included
multiple courses and expertise in the Treatment of Alcoholism and Substance
Abuse.
His Clinical experience includes Treatment of Adult, Adolescent, and Geriatric
Individuals with Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Problems. Their problems
have included, among other things, Alcohol and Drug Problems, Major Depression,
and issues resulting from Physical, Psychological, and Stress Related
Traumas.
Over the past 30 years Dr. Glass has been an Administrator, Owner, and
Medical Director of In Patient Hospital Treatment Programs, Day Hospital
Programs, Community Mental Health Center, as well as Residential Treatment
Center. In addition he has been the Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry
at Several Houston hospitals. |
